TheFlat is run from Muscat by people who live here. We look after around 30 apartments — most across Al Mouj, Seeb and Qurum, plus a few further out in Barka and Salalah. Some are ours; most belong to landlords who handed us the keys.

Most of what you see here belongs to owners who handed us the keys. We list, price, market and manage on their behalf, and send them a statement every month. Running a business other people rely on is why the standard stays where it is.
