How it works
- We take 25% of booking revenue. No setup fee, no monthly retainer.
- We create the listing, photograph the apartment, set the nightly pricing and market it across the channels.
- Cleaning is charged per turnover on top, and utilities are billed at cost.
- Every month you get a statement: each reservation, nights, revenue, occupancy and your share.
