More than 24 hours before check-in

Cancel for any reason and you are refunded in full. You do not need to give us a reason.

Within 24 hours of check-in, or no-show

The first night is charged. Anything beyond the first night is refunded.

How refunds reach you

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid from, usually within 7 working days. If you booked over WhatsApp and had not paid yet, there is nothing to refund — just tell us and we release the dates.

If we have to cancel

If something makes an apartment unusable, we move you to another one of ours at no extra cost, or refund you in full. That is on us, not you.
