We manage the guests, the pricing and the payments. You keep your calendar where it is — share your iCal link and we sync availability automatically, so you are never double booked.
Our terms
- You keep 90%. Our commission is 10% of the booking value — nothing else.
- No listing fee, no monthly fee, no minimum period.
- We handle the guest, the booking and the payment. You receive your share after checkout.
- Your calendar stays yours. We sync from your iCal, so bookings on Airbnb or Booking.com block us automatically.
