Oxygen is the newer residential block in Ghala, close to the airport and to Muscat City Centre. It is the address to pick when the flight is early or the trip is short. One bedroom but two full bathrooms, a separate dining room and a laundry room of its own. The building has a pool, a gym, a jacuzzi and an outdoor dining terrace. One of the few we manage with an EV charger on site. Pets are welcome.

Great location and clean place
Great place, everything was clean and all the essentials were available, very nice location the only issue was the noise from the heavy equipment operators. Abdulla is absolutely great host .
Nice apartment, with many nice cafes around and with nice restaurants and grocery store
This was such a perfect stay. It had everything and more. I enjoyed the pool and gym convenience of this place. It's super near cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. It was beautifully clean, spacious and comfortable. Definitely felt like home here and wish I had more time to spend in it! Thank you Abdulla - who was also very responsive!
